We offer our full service contracts at several levels from janitorial to daily onsite building management. We also offer multiple service contracts that include Building Manager, Building Caretaker, Concierge and Janitorial. Our contracts are customizable and can include extra services such as cleaning materials/equipment and parking lot cleanings to be included at very competitive prices.

Our intension is to provide a high end service to clients who require a seamless system of services delivery, for the home owner that expects the very best.
