Premium Full Service Contracts
- Janitorial Contracts where the focus in on cleaning. If working under supervision or independently our janitors are dependable, knowledgeable and hard working.
- Concierge Service Contracts are offered and we provide experienced trained professionals for this important and sensitive position.
- Building Caretaker Contracts are offered for the building that requires one person who can do it all. This position requires some administration and hands on approach with repairs and cleaning.
- Building Manager Contracts are offered to the high end high profile strata buildings that expect the very best service. This position carries a great deal of responsibility and a knowledge of all that goes on in the building at all times. The Building Manager answers only to and takes instruction from the Property Manager and Strata Council.
- We apply our (Specific Assessment Technology) at this level and is included with each contact signed. It ensures that the client gets the right system and Building Service Workers that fit its individual needs.
- We offer our (Specific Assessment Technology) as a contract service on its own. If you have solid Building Service Workers in place, but things are not getting done then this service may help. We will meet with the Property Manager, Strata Council and the staff and do a detailed walkthrough of the property. We can then offer solutions to most operational issues.
- All contracts are customizable and can include such things as cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment and emergency after hour’s service.
Premium Locator Service
Thompson Caretaking Services Ltd also offers our Premium Locator Service incorporated with our (Specific Assessment Technology) or S.A.T to find the right Building Service Worker for you. This is one of the most important aspects in residential strata building management. Finding the right Building Service Worker for your building can mean the success or failure of how a building is cared for in the short and long term. Simple mistakes made daily by inexperienced or improperly suited Building Service Workers can cause costly problems that are often not noticed or discovered for months or even years.
The differences between Building Caretakers and Building Managers are sometimes very subtle. It is of great importance to have someone who is an expert in these subtleties to assist Strata Councils and Property Managers in making the correct choice. In not making the correct choice the first time means replacing a Building Service Worker after 1 or 2 years service. This can be a costly procedure as well often involving having to let the Building Service Worker go and asking them to move out in some cases.
